Pregnancy and childbirth are, without a doubt, a time of happiness, joy, optimism and fantasy. This is one of the most important, moving, and intense moments in our lives.
At the same time, it is a time of uncertainty. Prospective parents ask a lot of questions; they are worried and sometimes even they have to face certain fears.
This is further reinforced by the fact that some of you have only been living in Israel for a short time do not speak Hebrew well yet, and are therefore vulnerable to giving birth in an environment they do not speak the language.
I offer my doula services during the period of pregnancy, throughout the birth and also after the birth of the baby. Throughout this odyssey, I support the pregnant woman and her companion physically, psychologically and emotionally. I am an attentive ear and available for any questions you may have.
I will be very honored to be able to accompany you during this wonderful experience that is pregnancy and childbirth, in the path you have chosen yourself, whether it is a natural birth (without any painkiller), a delivery with epidural or a cesarean birth.

Depending on your needs, you can only use one part of my services, or all. From now on, you will be less alone. You will be less worried and therefore you will be more relaxed if you know that you can call me at any time during this turbulent period.
